Living a healthy and minimalist lifestyle is about finding what provides value and getting rid of and letting go of the rest. In this video, in collaboration with Meghan Livingstone, I share a few things I go rid of for a better life.

These things are not just material things, but also attitudes and mindsets that can hold us back.

Getting rid of things can be hard, so go slow and at your own pace and don’t force it if it doesn’t feel right.
