It strengthens the body at the cellular level, promotes healing and is one of the best sources of nutrition, by adding kale to a blender and making a healthy juice your body can absorb the nutrients even faster. We highly recommend drinking kale juice daily for weight loss, hair growth, diabetes, cancer prevention and much more.

You may wish to add some berries to sweeten the juice, as kale is extremely bitter. A little lemon juice also adds a citrusy taste or perhaps throw in a fresh apple or two, this will further enhance the benefits of kale juice.
